I can truly relate Ann! I really did not like christmas until my daughter turned 3. I couldn’t stand the inauthentic encounters, the materialism, adoption of pagen traditions and surely not the cold. But then I somehow gained a new perspective when I got closer to Jesus. I started believing even though the holiday is built around fake conceptions, we get along more as a species. We are more generous, and the joy fills my daughter’s heart. Still not the biggest fan, but taking a more global perspective I am able to enjoy the aspects I believe Jesus would want me to ♥️ I will be praying for you and your family! As for my favorite tradition I still play along with- the elf.. i’d have to say the elf and I have a love hate relationship 🤭

@Ann Hazzart you’re such a strong woman. Life can be so difficult and it seems to strike when we need it least. I’m so happy to hear you’re getting through. I hope it’s amazing down there in Jamaica! 🙌
