Some questions I have: 1)Technical 😜 When I download it on my iPhone it goes to Safari. How do I get it from there to actually being the sound of my alarm??? 2) Intention 🙏🏽 I’m a big ole Pisces sleepy head😂 Definitely deep sleeper. After 6 years of doing the SID Bedtime Meditation at night I NEVER think about that wonderful in between space between asleep and awake to take advantage of it. And since I quit smoking weed my dream life has exploded but I’ve also NEVER had a proper Lucid Dream. Thinking this beautiful 3 minute alarm/meditation could really help😴🙏🏽❤️‍🔥
