This is as close as I could get without completing losing it to blurriness.

Thought of the Day
As the day winds down, take a moment to notice one thing you handled with care — even if it felt small. Progress isn’t loud. Most of the real work we do happens quietly, in moments no one else sees. I’ll be sharing these reflections each evening, and I’d love to hear yours too. What’s one thing you did today that you’re proud of, or simply grateful for?

I am grateful for having a loving family. I got to work on time today, and have gotten along with my co workers so far. I emailed a university advisor to decide on taking more classes. Also in currently reaching out to new, busier restaurants for work in the short term.
It's a big hole
Posting here to try and slow down, process my emotions, not smoke, etc. I've been in a rut due in part to a fixation I have with skin picking. It causes me immense pain and shame. And unfortunately leads to me being late, or altering my schedule to cover up the damage done. I have reached out for help and am working on a plan to allow healing. So long as I am able to resist doing more damage. Also received news that while I was making a big deal out of my face picking, my father had a negative prognosis from a cancer test, and will need more treatment. The family put off telling me to not upset me. But I feel worse bringing up my own problems to them while my family had bigger issues and I not only didn't provide support, but also stress them further. To summarize with brutal honesty: it's a rough day. It sucks having to fight back tears constantly.

Thank you all. The support means a lot. Today is a better day. I am taking small steps to make big changes
General discussion
A few weeks ago we listed our top 5 favorite movies. Can I ask if we could list our top 5 favorite books? I'm a wicked insomniac with no TV who loves to read....so suggestions? .. I used to say (a lifetime ago) I loved books that would make you late for work...you know *just let me read one more page*.. sounds weird now...Anyway my top 5.. Angela's Ashes All the Light you Cannot See The Other Boleyn Girl Anything regarding Midevil life..and history..can't name one.. My Year of Rest and Relaxation.. ..this book was given to me by my ex because I liked the author... and honestly I didn't totally love it..because you could see the outcome...but i kept reading and the last page made me super cry..so I have to list it..and it is in my top five.....if only for the final page.
