PLEASE READ THIS! In this intro you’ll learn how the HEARTFINDERS COURSE works. HEARTFINDERS is the first online course of its kind designed to get you unstuck, help you figure out how to make the most of your life right now, create a clear vision for the next part of your life, navigate the difficult feelings you may be struggling with in this anxious moment. It’s also a way to empower you to do what you can to make the world a better place, feel great about yourself, and guide you toward a life of fulfillment. The course is designed to provide you with practical tools that will make your life better, whatever your age, struggle, or life stage. As the Buddhists tradition teaches through the Eightfold Path, to be our best selves and have the most positive impact on the world, we need to combine wisdom, training, compassion, and action. The course rests on three essential pillars that provide all of the above to create real change: RIGHT KNOWING, RIGHT DOING, and RIGHT CONNECTING. 👉1. Right Knowing - 25 Instructional Videos Over 25 instructional videos explain, in clear, practical terms, the basis of your stuckness and how to unleash your infinite capacity for growth. In an easy-to-understand format, you’ll learn what keeps you trapped in unhealthy patterns and how to free your greatest potentials. You’ll learn the nature of inner conflict and how to create inner peace. You’ll discover the six paths of self-cultivation that will provide you with the way to become your best self. 👉2. Right Doing – 60+ Exercises Knowledge alone won’t transform you. You’ll need a regular practice. The Right Action section includes 60+ exercises to unleash your power for growth, build new habits, and become the best version of yourself. 👁️‍🗨️Click the CLASSROOM Tab to access the videos and exercises. The Course is divided into seven PARTS. Each PART is divided into a progression of STEPS that include videos and/or exercises. You can do the exercises in the sequence provided or you can do them in any order you like.

Daily Prompts 3/2/26
1. I am amazing because… I resisted a very strong urge to crush a pint of ice cream last night, I am going out to face the day in spite of how I’ve been feeling lately, and I am getting back into the gym. 2. I am grateful for… eggs, water, coffee, the new and exciting opportunities that await me this month. 3. My vision for the day… I will get a good workout in. I will show up to this fingerprinting appointment so I can fulfill my new job’s background check requirements. I will chair my meeting. I will be nice to myself. Just been feeling kinda aimless lately. I don’t totally know what I want right now. More will be revealed I guess. Truth is, I still need to - tell my current job that I’m leaving - break it to my Monday NA group that I probably cannot chair it anymore due to timing conflicts - grow some balls and see if I can get a venue to agree to be part of my interview series - figure out what the hell I’m gonna pack / wear to this scary bougie Florida country club gig - start thinking about where I can host my talent show / open mic party at the end of this month…

1. I am amazing because… I willed myself to get out and making a meeting last night even though I didn’t really want to, I’m doing the same thing today, and I am an inspiration to others. 2. I am grateful for… coffee, the sunlight, the music I grew up with that gets me through difficult times. 3. My vision for today… I will stay clean. I will not smoke cigarettes. I will not binge eat. I will be kind to myself and others. The state of the world has me a little fucked up. Not feeling super great if I’m being honest.
