Bruising prevention
I got invited to model for a friend that owns a med spa, I'll be doing EZ gel injections which is like PRP (all from my blood and nothing else). I fly out the following day and ideally wouldn't leave with a ton of bruising which sometimes happens. Would Arnica in the days prior, of and post be the one to take? Rapid dosing?

Remedy of the Month Club!
Heya friends, as I seek to grow this community and engagement here more, I'm going to start a "remedy of the month club!" I'll send a free homeopathic remedy to the top contributor in this community once a month! What makes a top contributor?! It's easy, just engaging in conversation here as much as possible! Have a homeopathy win? A question? Something to share with other homeopathy loving folk? Simply like one of the post in the community already? It all adds up :) I can't wait to see who gets the remedy this month! Cheers & reach out with any questions! -Lex

Lachesis
Since we briefly chatted snake remedies in the Coffee Chat today, I thought I would give a lil' breakdown of key traits where a lachesis remedy may be well indicated. Key symptoms where lachesis may be well indicated: - left sided pains/ailments that move to the right - sleep aggravation - sensitivity to constriction - whether it be tight things around the neck (can't stand turtlenecks or fear of necklace around neck while sleeping, etc) or simply constriction in life, sore, tight throat, etc - jealousy & suspicion - loquacity - menopause - worse for it, hot flashes, etc. - purple/mottled skin (in acute cases) - cardiovascular ailments - hemorrhages, hot flashes, big affinity for heat Now the key personality traits of the Lachesis archtype include being intensely charismatic, passionate & magnetic with the ability to draw others in effortlessly. Highly intelligent with rapid thinking where ideas may jump and overflow (excess). Deep jealousy and possessiveness in relationships. Suspicious mistrustful, can become easily paranoid, fears being controlled. Talkative to an excess where speech become circular or pressured under stress. Think of some of the key characteristics of the Bushmaster snake from which this remedy is derived - constricting, coiling up to strike. The lachesis individual may be snappy or "strike" aggressively with behavior, words or out of jealousy. We can think of some narcissistic traits that overlap here with the lachesis individual. Usually these individual's symptoms are aggravated by sleep and worse on waking. These individuals may not be able to tolerate any sort of touch or tight clothing (constriction). There may be many ailments from suppressed discharges (menses, grief, eruptions). There's also a big aspect to the heat of this remedy/individual where they are significantly worse off in the heat, with hot drinks, sun, yet are better in the open air. See my comment for a real-life celebrity example of this remedy type!! 🐍

Just talking about this remedy was helpful, I had nearly a life long, irrational phobia of snakes that was truly debilitating at times. Kept me home, caused nightmares, rapid heartbeat, paranoia at the strangest of times. I was able to have a few snake run ins last year & for the first time in 40 years was able to see them and be okay. Today’s call flipped a mental switch, hey these strange creatures can also heal. Excited to learn how they can help energetically, today’s call was a massive reframe for me, thank you!

@Lexie Haren fascinating, thank you! Interesting that they all address the fear aspect in addition to so many systems.

Thanks for a great call today @Stephanie Prather :) We talked all sorts of things from the Narayani remedies to meridien remedies - the incredible War Mix remedy and Drawing Pills Remedy for deep seated infections. How the body innately expells toxins & how to further support the process with homeopathy. Homeopathic dosing for animals, chickens and fish. And so much more! See you in the next coffee chat ☕

I so enjoyed learning from you! Can’t wait to get the drawing mix for Guapo 🐩 & to try out the combo on Snitzer’s new bumps.
Nat Mur
"the quiet keeper" Nat mur is a remedy we often reach for (in chronic cases) when there has been a history of substantial or supressed grief. Now the thing that separates Nat Mur from the other well indicated "grief remedies" is the Nat Mur doesn't show much emotion outwardly. They hardly ever shed a tear and appear well put together from the outside. You might never know the Nat Mur is carrying so much within - as they may feel that they are capable of carrying the burden themselves rather than being vulnerable with others about what has been "pent up". There's often been a history of hurt (particularly in close and intimate relationships) that never got fully expressed or resolved. And over time, the suppression of that emotion tends to find some sort of other outlet - in the form of physical symptoms. Often the gut, skin, sinuses and even the throat are where a Nat Mur will store their emotions. The body will start speaking for them, because they just can't speak up for themselves. Nat murs are very loyal, honest and deeply principled. They remember EVERYTHING. They can hold a grudge not out of bad intent, but because the hurt went super deep for them personally and they just couldn't process it. They are often the ones others lean on - very dependable, but silently suffering internally. Now Nat Mur is actually derived from salt, so it only makes sense that one of a Nat Mur's main cravings is SALT! 🧂 Other key notes of this remedy include: - sensitivity to the sun - a tendency toward dryness (mucous membranes, lips, skin) - headaches - emotionally - they resist consolation & being comforted can actually make things worse for the Nat Mur At the core Nat Mur is a person learning to find and use their voice, to let people in, and to grieve what needs to be grieved so the body doesn't have to keep carrying that burden for them. Do you know a Nat Mur in your life?

Oh goodness, I definitely know a few (my mom, her sister and maybe even my uncle, definitely her sister that passed away) and may have been one prior to healing so much. The salt craving makes me think of my MIL and her side of the family, their salting of food is horrifying 😂 truly unreal.
