Mortgage overage
So I have been doing state funds for over 2- 3 years now. In January I decided to try tax overage so I requested the list from Connecticut. I paid, they sent it. When I opened it I realized its a mortgage overage and I just been lost ever since. I don't know what website to used to verify the information or to obtain additional information that is needed in order to make something from this. I'm truly feeling defeated. Help please.

@Lisa Jones I did California and Nevada Nevada recently stated that they no longer are issuing the list. California I find to be one of the most friendly towards us.
