Consistency Wins! Hey everyone! Quick update on the YT journey, I'm now at almost 50 subscribers (47 to be exact)! Small milestone, big celebration, and a clear sign the foundational work is connecting. My biggest progress this week has been tightening my messaging and niche focus. I feel like I'm finally hitting my stride with content that truly resonates with the right audience. The Power of Planning The real secret to maintaining consistency? Content planning. I’ve deliberately turned content creation into a strong, reliable muscle that gets used often. This structured approach allows me to consistently deliver content, which is key to growth. Algorithm Acknowledgment Why does consistency matter so much? • The more frequently I post, the more the YouTube algorithm trusts me as an active creator. • This trust results in my videos being recommended more often to new viewers. Consistency unlocks visibility! Looking forward to hitting that 100-sub milestone next! Shameless plug- If you haven’t checked out my channel, here it is. https://www.youtube.com/@CoachBustos?sub_confirmation=1 If you like my content, don’t forget to like and subscribe :) Excited to read everyone else’s progress updates!

Great post @Chris Bustos, thanks for the nudge! While I feel all over the place, I’m making progress. Like you I’ve been more intentional about posting— my social media is limited to LinkedIn. I went from posting about 3x per week to daily posts and at least one repost per day. Getting a lot more views & engagement. It’s been time consuming but fun! This week I’ve received two seemingly good opportunities to partner for future workshops! 🎉
Henry Doce SME in AI and Technology Architecture
Hi All, About 30% of the members are Subject Matter Experts. I have created a page in the Classroom to provide a profile so you can get to know who’s who and what expertise they bring to the table. Henry has provided this great video, see below. It is also in his profile as well, and we will begin to add more and more! I would like to do a similar thing for all the startups so as we grow, we know who’s who and what everyone is working on. David

Frijol Duranguense 2025
Good evening everyone I hope everyone is doing well. I have been M.I.A. these past few weeks. In truth I was out of the states the past month. I spent half of November in Durango Mexico harvesting my frijol, it was an amazing experience full of learning opportunities and hard work. I must of shoveled over 20,000 pounds of frijol, breathed in insane amounts of fine dirt, and acquired a sick sun tan it was a total experience. I am thankful for the production yield, estimates stayed true 1 ton per hectare, which is amazing considering we used zero fertilizer and zero pesticides. Also, frijol negro requires more water and one additional month of growing. Glad to be back and reincorporate myself to the Latino StartUP. I put together a one minute video of all the pictures and videos taken during our growing season 2025. We tried to capture the different stages of the growing season.

Thursday — SKILLS
One skill I’ve learned as a founder (and as someone with ADHD) is setting boundaries that prevent me from being reactive. As founders, we tend to be doers. We jump in, fix problems, & handle fires. But that same instinct can backfire. Especially when something interrupts our flow (a client email, a Slack ping, a random idea), and before you know it we’re 45 minutes deep in something that wasn’t even on the task list. Have you been there? What’s helped me is building boundaries around my attention, not just my time. Here are a few that help me stay focused and follow through: 1.Pomodoro method – I do 25 minutes of focused work with a visible timer, then take a 5-minute break. It’s amazing how much you can get done when you know a break is coming. 2.Do Not Disturb mode on my phone during deep work blocks. Emergencies can wait 25 minutes(unles s its your kids school calling, pick those up! lol). 3.A reactions list or brain dump– If something pops into my head during a task, I write it down instead of acting on it. That way, I don’t lose the idea, but I don’t lose focus either. These small boundaries have made a major difference and not just in productivity, but in feeling in control of my day. Anyone else struggle with this before?

This hits home. The reactive instinct is so real, especially when you’re juggling multiple priorities and trying to serve everyone well. Setting boundaries around attention isn’t just about productivity, it’s about being able to show up fully for what actually matters. Love the Pomodoro method…my go to is silencing my phone. Thanks for sharing this.
