@Kylie Kelly Thank you for such a thoughtful welcome. You’re absolutely right, our eyes often carry the effects of stress and screen use before we even realize it. One simple change I’d recommend is taking a one-minute stress reset between tasks. Look away from the screen, let your gaze take in a wider view, relax your jaw and shoulders, and take a few slower, deeper breaths. When we’re stressed, we tend to hold tension, stare more intensely, and blink less, which can make the eyes feel even more strained. A short reset can interrupt that pattern and give both the eyes and nervous system a chance to recover. It’s simple, but practiced consistently, it can make a real difference by the end of the day. I’m so glad to be here and look forward to learning from everyone too!
