Bio: Running, cycling, triathlon and the outdoors, my spirit dances during these moments. I’m driven to move my body and to want to age strong

Bio: Ready to start again, try to get stronger, and maybe a little smarter too.

Bio: Grew up in the mountains, left them behind for a new adventure and have found more mountains along the way.

Bio: I work as a physiotherapist and own a clinic in Vancouver. I have three kids that keep me very busy. And am trying to train for a marathon:)
