~53 ~Loose fat and gain muscle tone ~I stress eat. Keep telling myself "I'll start Monday". I give myself excuses for not getting back on the wagon. I have everything I need here at home, just keep making excuses. ~Training on and off for 15 years.

@Camille Monroe definitely stress. You're right, I do know what I need to do, I just keep putting it off because I just have so much going on in life and I put everyone else first
