What actually happens inside the training
What do you actually walk away with from the Nova Nidra Teacher Training? The training is two parts. Level One takes you from using yoga nidra as a quick fix [ something you reach for when you're depleted ] to using it as a foundation that enhances every direction of your life. This is where you orient back into your body, regulate your nervous system, and integrate the practice into your lived experience. The difference between going through your life and feeling ALIVE inside it. Level Two, the Full Training, is where you learn to alchemize what you've lived into something that can hold and serve other people. You'll find your own voice as a guide, creating from real understanding instead of reading from a script, and learn to translate your experience into the language of the people you're meant to help. This is the gift of pacing, nervous system safety, and the somatic foundations to hold space for what people are carrying but not saying out loud. It's cohort-based and supported. Built for people who want this to become a real offering... a business, a studio addition, or simply the ability to guide the people already in your life. Training starts August 12th. Enrollment closes August 8th. Ask me anything in the comments.

This sounds so beautifully aligned with the direction I'm heading. 💜✨ I do have a few questions! 🌙 What is the investment for Level One and for the Full Training? 🌙 Are payment plans or scholarships available? 🌙 About how many hours per week should students expect to dedicate to the training? 🌙 Are there live Zoom sessions, and if so, are replays available if we can't attend live? 🌙 Do we receive a certificate upon completion? 🌙 Since I'm already a 500-hour yoga teacher, would that background be helpful, or is this training designed to meet everyone where they are? Thank you! I'm feeling really curious and excited to learn more. 😊
Day 3 — Complete calm
Day 3. HERE Today, we invite the whole system... body, mind, nervous system... into rest at the same time. This is about letting everything that has been running on overdrive finally lay to rest. You've made it three days in. Something in you said yes to this. Trust that. SHARE BELOW | How did your body feel today compared to Day 1? Even small shifts count.

By Day 3, I noticed my body trusted the process a little more. 💜 On Day 1, it felt like my nervous system had one foot on the gas pedal and one eye on the emergency exits. 😅 Today, it settled in much faster. My body seemed to recognize, "We know this place. It's safe here." I'm learning that rest isn't something I have to chase or achieve. It's something I can gently allow. As someone who's autistic and highly sensitive, that feels like a pretty big shift. It's amazing how the smallest changes can feel like quiet little miracles. 🌙✨
Day 2 — Mental stillness
Day 2. HERE We go a little deeper today. Your mind is going to do what minds do... think, plan, loop, solve. That's not a problem. Today, we practice watching without getting pulled in. You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness that notices them. SHARE BELOW | What did you notice about your mind today? You might be surprised how many people are in the same mental weather.

Today's practice reminded me that my mind isn't the enemy. 💛 It's simply trying to protect me the best way it knows how. I noticed that instead of trying to stop my thoughts, I could just watch them float by without climbing aboard every single one. That felt surprisingly freeing. As someone who's spent a lot of time healing my nervous system, these practices feel like little love letters to my brain, gently reminding it that not every thought needs a solution. Sometimes it's enough to simply notice... and then return to the breath. It's amazing how much peace can be found in just observing. 🌿
Day 1 — Deep inner peace
Welcome to Day 1 of the Nova Nidra Rest & Restore Series. You made it here, and that is always the first step in any journey... showing up! Today is about one thing: safety. Not solving anything. Just letting your nervous system remember what it feels like to be okay. Take a breath before you open today's practice. You don't have to earn this rest. At the beginning, my body felt like a browser with 47 tabs open, all playing different songs. 😅 By the end, it felt like someone had quietly started closing those tabs one by one. My shoulders softened, my jaw unclenched, my breathing deepened, and I noticed a sense of spaciousness that I don't always give myself permission to experience. As someone who's autistic and highly sensitive, I spend a lot of time supporting my nervous system. This practice felt less like "doing" something and more like coming home to myself. I'm looking forward to seeing what unfolds over the rest of this journey. 💜🌙

I wear quite a few magical hats. 😊✨ I'm a psychic medium, Reiki Master, 500-hour yoga teacher, meditation teacher, life coach, artist, and the creator of a women's community called the Goddess Sisterhood. I love creating spaces where people can exhale, reconnect with themselves, and remember that healing doesn't have to be perfect to be powerful. You'll usually find me with a cup of chamomile tea in one hand, a journal in the other, and a cat supervising the whole operation. 🐈☕📖 Right now I'm in a season of filling my own cup, learning how to embrace even deeper rest, and remembering that sometimes the most healing thing we can "do" is absolutely nothing at all. I'm looking forward to learning from everyone here and sharing this beautiful journey together. 💜🌙
