DBR for Insurance Agent
Hello All, Does anyone have experience with doing DBR for an independent insurance agent ? I have a family member who is an insurance member. He buys leads from other companies but have a tough time following up with them and getting them to return the call. Trying to find the best and most effective way to run a DBR campaign for those leads to turn them into appointments. Thank you!

@Mohammed Merchant The key here is having the right follow-up system, not just sending more texts or making more calls. I’d approach this with a structured CRM automation strategy that combines lead segmentation, personalized follow up sequences, strategic call timing, and automated appointment booking. With GoHighLevel, you can build a system that helps the agent stay consistent, nurture leads who don’t respond initially, and turn more qualified prospects into booked appointments.

@Mohammed Merchant One important factor is verifying that the purchased leads’ consent covers the agency’s intended outreach methods. I specialize in CRM systems and AI automation, and this is exactly the kind of process I help businesses streamline. I’d be happy to share a few strategies that could work particularly well for independent insurance agents.

@JuanCruzDesign Hq Hi Calandra, thanks for your question. I'm James by name. I've helped businesses solve a wide range of Klaviyo challenges, including email automation, customer segmentation, abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows, Shopify integrations, list hygiene, deliverability, campaign optimization, and improving conversion rates. Every business has different needs, so I focus on understanding the specific problem first and then building the right solution. If you'd like to discuss your challenges in more detail, feel free to email me at jamesmick9998@gmail.com or message me on Telegram @aiautomationpr. I'd be happy to see if I can help.
Can You Upvote This GHL Feature Request?
I just submitted a feature request that I believe would make client onboarding in GHL much smoother. Idea: Allow clients to connect their Google account via a secure invite link, without needing to log into GHL first. If this gets implemented, it would enable a truly seamless end-to-end onboarding experience. For example, CRM Connector could automate an even larger portion of the onboarding process by allowing clients to connect their Google Business Profile and external CRM before they even log into GHL, all through a single secure link. If you think this would be valuable, I'd really appreciate your upvote on the Ideas Board: https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/onboarding/p/allow-google-account-connection-via-secure-invite-link Every vote helps increase the visibility of the request. Thank you for your support! 🙌

@Twan Roelofsen This is a solid UX improvement request. Right now the biggest friction in GHL onboarding isn’t the setup itself it’s the external integrations step where clients still have to “switch context” into Google before anything is connected. A secure pre-auth invite flow would remove that gap entirely and make onboarding feel like a single guided sequence instead of multiple disconnected logins. If they implement this cleanly, it would also significantly improve automation builders like CRM Connector and reduce a lot of manual back and forth during initial setup. Definitely a high impact change for agencies doing scaled onboarding inside . Upvoted this is one of those small changes that unlocks a much smoother system wide flow.
