Feedback and Suggestions for My Portfolio Website!
Hello everyone! I’ve recently updated my portfolio at webdevakash.com, built with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. I’d love to get your feedback on the design, usability, and overall content. Also, I’m looking to add more features and sections. What do you think could enhance the site further? Any suggestions or critiques are welcome. Thank you!

I really liked it. There is some small orthography mistake on the first testimonial (Ive instead of I've). So to be sure I would pass them through a corrector (might seem something minor, and it is, but is also easily fixed). I loved the avatar at the start, and the inclusion of the testimonials. The page is responsive, and I also noticed that you get most of the relevant text on the first load which is great for SEO (but that is one of your skills so I guess you knew that).

@Akash Kumar out of curiosity what did you use? If I had to guess I think something like Gatsby (or something similar, not sure if Gatsby is still a thing) so you work on React and then have some static page after the build since nothing is quite dynamic. That would match your use of React and the SEO part

Mostly frontend, but also working with creating templates, investigations (for ex, what can we use for visual regression testing that is not chromatic? How would we implement it? How can we reduce calls to certain services to save some money, etc.)

Cristobal Heiss here, from Chile and based in Germany. I work mostly with Javascript on the frontend (React/Next) but my responsibilities are a bit of a mixed bag that includes AWS, Storybook, and other things. I feel a bit stuck, which is unfair to that hungry and passionate self taught dev I once was. I want to rekindle that, get better, because I know I can get better if I focus on it. Let's get it!
