I know, we aren't technically doing that book anymore, but I had to share this part with you, I believe it will be useful for you to consider these questions. Share your answers in the comments below :) This is from the end of Chapter 15- "1.) Analyze your current energy levels and your daily health habits. Resolve today to improve your levels of health and energy by asking the following questions: What am I doing physically that I should do MORE of? What am I doing that I should do LESS of? What am I not doing that I should START DOING if I want to perform at my best? What am I doing today that affects my health that I should STOP DOING all together? 2.)Select one activity or behavior that you can change immediately to improve your overall levels of health and energy. Practice that one action over and over until it becomes a habit. Then select a second way to improve and begin on that. Whatever your answers are to the above questions, take action today. What if you could feel amazing, right NOW?
Many of us put conditions on feeling good. “I can relax AFTER I finish this project.” “I’ll feel happy and energetic AFTER I lose the weight.” “I’ll take time to enjoy my life AFTER I find the perfect relationship/fix my current relationship.” “I can feel better when everyone in my house is healthy.” What if you dropped all your conditions and just felt good right now? If you did that, then completing the project, losing the weight, finding the relationship…those things just become the cherry on the metaphorical fruit salad. You can absolutely feel amazing right this moment, no matter what’s going on in your life, and no matter how long your to do list is. You KNOW what it’s like to feel free, energetic, vibrant, abundant, light, grateful, proud, joyful. You’ve felt those things before. You can feel them right now, using the power of your mind and imagination. Good things tend to come to us more easily when we already feel good. Have you noticed that? This Relaxation Saturday, I invite you to take 3-5 minutes, 3-5 times today, to just allow yourself to feel GOOD. Take a few deep breaths, let your body relax, then think of the feelings you want to feel. Just imagine those feelings moving through your body. If it helps, remember a time in your past when you felt that way. Maybe it’s JOY, gratitude, vibrancy… maybe it’s feeling SAFE, like all your needs are met. Perhaps it’s deep gratitude, or a sense of abundance and compassion for yourself and others. Maybe it’s something totally different, as long as it feels GOOd to you. Try it and share how it goes for you in the comments below! PS. This is a simple and fun way to work your imagination muscle, which I call the most neglected muscle in the health and wellness space!

Bye Bye Facebook — April 1st (Not an April Fool’s Joke)
Today marks a turning point for me. My Facebook account was never restored, and after waiting and hoping, I’ve decided it’s time to move forward without it. I want to thank each and every one of you who reached out with care, concern, prayers, and encouragement during this time. Your kindness meant more to me than you know. Losing that space was hard, but I’m going to be okay. I still have my passion, my work, and the people who believe in me — and that’s what truly matters. This isn’t the end. It’s just a new beginning. Thank you for standing by me.

Our words and thoughts are powerful. The stories we tell shape our lives, directly and indirectly. We are ultimately the authors of our own life story. Are your stories taking you closer to the life of your dreams? Or are they leading you into the weeds of Victim Mentality, Excuses, and Hardship? @Jenny Rader-Bakos 🌹 No! Thank you so much for asking! The message says it could take up to 24 hours! Tomorrow at 6am pacific will be 24 hours. The message says if we don’t find you went against community standards, you can use fb again. If we do find you went t against community standards you will not be able to use fb again. With no appeal. The level of anxiety in my heart is incredible. I am meditating, learning, posting and sharing in order to not focus on the possibility of losing my fb.
