Defining my teams individual purposes
I’ve been thinking about the teams purposes, Our Team – Clear Purposes Craig - Owner Set the vision and build the team to become Stafford’s most trusted and respected bathroom installation company. Dave – Manager PURPOSE: Lead the team day-to-day so every project runs smoothly, profitably, and to CSI standards. Luke – Team Leader PURPOSE: Own the on-site experience so every customer gets a smooth, professional, stress-free install Jon B – Engineer PURPOSE: Deliver exceptional workmanship while raising the technical standard of the whole team. Jon P – Engineer PURPOSE: Develop strong site skills while supporting the team to keep jobs running organised and tidy. I like the idea of embedding clarity of roles and starting a short memorable line for each of my core team. What do you think and how would you approach this with the team?
