Closing Down...
Sometimes... my heart gets ahead of my head. And my head ain't nothing to brag about. 😜 I spend most of my time answering phone calls and helping vendors. Most of my time is inside https://vendorsunited.com (my favorite place) - and I simply have not had time to devote as much time here... as it needs. I hope you can understand. I'll be shutting this down in a few days. You can still reach me by text at 865.446.0660 - Facebook - (inside VendorsUnited) & Youtube. Happy Happy Holidays & Much Love! ~ Ben

Is parts worth a free cart for a 2 Hour Dr.
O.K. I know this is a silly question, but do you all think that a 2 Hour Dr. is worth a free broken cart just for a spare parts in order to even get a hotdog cart business up and going? Keep in mind that I currently do not even have a cart....lol

Dirty sodas crowds
When it comes to dirty sodas, how can I find arts and craft event calendars in my area, ( Houston ) or what type of events or places should I look for. I believe this is going to be my plan as a stepping stone to get to dogs. I tend to think these are geared towards women the more I think about it, probably wrong, but that's how my mind thinks. Please share thoughts and advice, and where do you have the best of luck with them. Thanks in advance, John

The local camber of comers might have an event calendar they post on line. I will get an email from mine every couple of weeks with all kinds of events . It’s a start.
Cubish basic introduction (book lol)
I guess I will introduce myself. I own Cubish. Several people on this community might know me from Knoxville, TN where we started this incarnation of this business. 15 years doing Cubish. We are Cuban Irish Fusion. And hot dogs of course. We are 100% debt free, no house, car, credit card, or any bills other than the ones that never leave, (death and taxes). I got a culinary degree from Arts Institute of Atlanta in 96' and after a decade making others wealthy with my talents, bought 2 big trucks and ran flatbed freight for 2 million miles. After a bankruptcy, a violent and 200k divorce, met the love of my life and got off the road, gave up my CDL and sold everything. I never had a desire to own a food truck. Bought a King Kiosk from Ben. Started this concept, and outpaced most of the growing food truck scene in Knoxville. Bought a run down house, completely remodeled it myself, sold it as Covid ramped up and doubled my money. Wallah, debt free. We moved to New Mexico in 2020 started Cubish again here again. I was one of the only vendors not scared of a virus in this state, and through loyalty, dependability, and hard work (and being very shrewd) got to a point where people call me, we no longer set up roadside. Actually US because my wife is bookkeeper, keeper of the schedule, and taker of the money at gigs, while I network, book gigs, and make the food. Honestly, there is much more freedom and $$$$ in catering and events. We spend our off time going on cruises, traveling overseas, spending countless time in our commercial gym, and enjoying the fruits of our labors. I also build large carts. (Not advertising on here Ben lol). All that fluff Ben spouts is true. Success is usually deterred by oneself. Motivated people will absolutely crush it in this industry. You will just find yourself asking yourself ALOT, "why didn't I start this sooner?"
