Jason...his problem is the same as mine - the synch is not happening at all after first generation. There are others in the community with same issue. My calendar changes/adds deletes etc every 15-30 minutes depending on what is happening. I use it for my WHOLE life and for taking quick notes etc. I have it set for auto synching every 15 minutes. BUT It does not synch at all. Tested for a few hours. Then shutdown and started up desktop and remarkable multiple times...but the auto synch thing every 15 minutes is not happening. My remarkable itself does however synch with my desktop and phone remarkable - so the USB connection is sound and correctly working (can't get wifi to work at all yet but lest sort the synching bit first)> Above - are you saying that whenever we need our calendar updated we need to a) Log into Calsynch on the desktop and b) push the planner again? EVERY TIME we want the calendars to Synch? I thought your software would automatically PUSH to the remarkable from the Outlook web feed? Can you clarify? Thanks!

BIG problem - calendar items do not match outllok!
Hi, apart from the ongoing problems with Synching experienced by many...I have just had a look at what is on Cal on remarkbale and what is on outlook. Items from Monday show up on Tuesday (and not Monday) - some are correct and some are not! Items on Wed, show up on thursday and not Wednesday etc - the times are all correct but the days are not. I am at the new version 17. What is going on? Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Jason. I am cancelling the sub. for the following reasons. The product does NOT do what is advertised. Remarkable is a device to use when you are NOT at your desk tethered to a PC. It synchs with the cloud seamlessy - whether I am on the same network or not. Your advertising says calendar synching! The option to automatically update evry 15 minutes a) doesn;t work even when I am tethered and b) should be avalilable at the cloud level - it feeds from the outlook cloud URL so I expect it to feed to the remarkable cloud then to me c) the wifi doesn't work at all - no matter what networks I have tried - says it is connected but will not push (My remarkalbe however synchs perfectly on that network) Re the calendar entries - I deleted the planner. Created a new one Made sure the time zone on my PC was the same as that on my cal synch. Rebuilt the planner. And I still got COMBINED WED and THURSDAY events (at the correct times - but on the SAME day - this is not timezone - this is a big bug). SUPPORT is pathetic and worst I have experience in my life> Although I ask very specific numbered questions - you a) do not appear to read them - even when I sent screen shots as requested you obviously didn't look at them> b) don't understand the questions at all c) only answer a small part of the question if at all. ALL of this is not just to me - it is very evident across the WHOLE community - it is rare that you actually answer the question they ask. ...and then you answer with something not related to their questions. It has taken me almost 18 hours of my time to get this stuff installed (even the new guide which helped a bit is missing a LOT of stuff that I had to search on MS and other help sites). and tested, and ask questions and try out new things and then I discover the two key things 1. WIRELESS (is unstable) and 2. Auto synching unless you are PHYSICALLY tethered to the device (which is pointless - as I am in front of my PC to do that - so why do I need the remarkable to duplicate it?) ..doesn't even auto synch (everyone is having that problem as well).

Jason - there has been no reply from you. I emailed sales and asked to cancel the sub and refund as well 7 days ago and no reply from them also. Are you sure you are a real company with real support and sales? Please reply.
number of hours in daily view
Are there plans to let users specify how many hours are shown on the daily view? the current 12 AM to 11:59 PM view is useless because it shows empty spaces for hours that aren't used.

No Weekly Calendar Data
I am using Ver 1.0.17. I am getting data on daily and monthly calendar push - but no data on weekly.

Same here. Jason the weekly view is more important than then monthly - why can't we see anything in weekly view?

BTW I ma not getting any new data after first set up - Synch is not happening at all - refer to my other detailed comments in other feeds where other have this problem.
Not Syncing Calendar
Is cal sync supposed to sync the calendar without connecting and regenerating the calendar?

Same issue using USB (which I got working - but can't use network at all). First creation of the planner was good - worked as expected. Update my outlook calendar to tes the synching. set for 15 minutes. It synched. Nothing happened on remarkable. I turned off laptop, and remarkable and then restaredt bothe. Nothing updated. Waited another 15 minutes nothing updated. Have ALL settings for automatic push. So what do we need to do Jason. We shouldn't need to turn anything on and pff...should just happen.
