Day 4 - WEEKENDS :)
let’s gooo 👏🏼 this is such an important one. Weekends matter WAY more than people think. If you really break it down… There are 2 weekend days out of 7 → that’s about 28–29% of your entire year 😳 So if every weekend turns into: “start over Monday” “completely off track” “all or nothing” You’re basically pressing pause on your progress almost a third of your life. That’s WILD when you actually think about it. Here’s the thing this isn’t about restriction. This isn’t about not having fun, especially with holidays, events, or time with your people. Epically with Easter weekend!!! It’s about being intentional. You can: – go out to eat – have the dessert – sleep in a little – enjoy your life AND still: – get movement in – hit your protein – stay hydrated – keep promises to yourself Because the goal isn’t perfection… it’s consistency. The people who see results aren’t perfect! They’re just the ones who don’t completely disappear on the weekends. So going into this weekend, ask yourself: “How can I show up for myself AND enjoy my life?” That’s the balance we’re building 🤍 Bonus: What’s your favorite Easter food!?

Day 3 - Movement 🚶‍♀️
Day 3 of the Spring Reset 🌱 and I want to talk about movement for a second. Even if movement wasn’t the habit you chose for this challenge, a lot of you are still showing up and working out, getting your steps in, or just moving your body daily… and that matters. This is for all of you. Movement doesn’t have to be all or nothing, and it doesn’t have to look the same every day. Some days it’s a full workout, other days it’s a walk, getting outside, stretching, or just choosing to not stay stuck in one place all day. It all counts. But here’s the bigger picture… movement is one of the best things you can do for yourself, not just physically but mentally too. It shifts your energy, clears your head, and helps you show up better in every other area of your life. So whether you chose it as your habit or not, if you’ve been making the effort to move your body more, I hope you’re giving yourself credit for that. And if you haven’t really been thinking about it, this is just your reminder that it can be simple. It doesn’t have to be perfect or intense, it just has to be intentional. That’s what this Spring Reset is about. Building habits that actually fit into your life and help you feel better day by day. So today, just check in with yourself and ask, “Have I moved my body in a way that feels good today?” If the answer is no, there’s still time. Bonus point: picture of your movement today:))
