Day 3 of the Spring Reset 🌱 and I want to talk about movement for a second. Even if movement wasn’t the habit you chose for this challenge, a lot of you are still showing up and working out, getting your steps in, or just moving your body daily… and that matters. This is for all of you. Movement doesn’t have to be all or nothing, and it doesn’t have to look the same every day. Some days it’s a full workout, other days it’s a walk, getting outside, stretching, or just choosing to not stay stuck in one place all day. It all counts. But here’s the bigger picture… movement is one of the best things you can do for yourself, not just physically but mentally too. It shifts your energy, clears your head, and helps you show up better in every other area of your life. So whether you chose it as your habit or not, if you’ve been making the effort to move your body more, I hope you’re giving yourself credit for that. And if you haven’t really been thinking about it, this is just your reminder that it can be simple. It doesn’t have to be perfect or intense, it just has to be intentional. That’s what this Spring Reset is about. Building habits that actually fit into your life and help you feel better day by day.
