I was developing a shopify website for this man who's business I had known of for some time. I told him my quote before i had started and he then asked if i can integrate it into his store. I had started the homepage and then said to him if you would like me to proceed I'm going to need payment. I even offered a half now half when finished. He said the price was too high but he'll be in touch. Long and behold the next day, he's forgotten to log me out and I've seen he's created a separate draft with all my code inside. So i had deleted my draft, his draft and all my code along with it. He's now trying to say he paid someone cheaper for a site similar to mine. I could take this two ways: my sign to just give up as this isn't working out. Or go with, this proves your work is worth stealing... keep going. I choose the latter! If anyone has any advice on how to conduct safe business I'd appreciate it so much, this is just another hurdle!

I've found out I'm really good at making WhatsApp bulk messages for updates to existing or new customers of a business. This is to boost sales for people who may not be as active on social media or websites to know when there's a discount or a restock of something they've had their eye on arrives. Do you guys have any ideas or just know where to go/search up on social media or anywhere else that'll benefit from these automations?

Hi everyone, I've consumed all the videos I can on creating workflows but I feel as if I'm just wasting my efforts just making broad workflows for a non-existing business. I've started sending out cold emails to local electricians and plumbers but aren't receiving any replies, I've also been thinking about maybe contacting tattoo artists and aesthetic specialists. When it comes to linkedIn I haven't had any testinonals yet or done any actual paid work for agencies to give me a go. An example of an email i'd send out is: Hi, I came across Al-Amin Electrical Contractor and was impressed by how consistently you’re mentioned for reliability and quality work. It’s clear you’ve built strong trust locally, which isn’t easy in this trade. I noticed a couple of small opportunities around enquiries and follow-ups that could help you win more jobs without adding extra admin. Happy to share a few ideas if it’s useful — no sales pitch.
