I enjoyed this month's study. Here are my thoughts on the questions asked during the group: Rare Godly quality = Selfless loving people. GOD comes through for me every single day I drive up and down 95 five days a week for the last 6 years.

God has been working with me on obtaining "titles" on the job. I was taught having a title/manager on a job is everything. You will have your own office or desk, supervising people, and making more money. I thought if I was a supervisor, people would listen to me. If I didn't become a supervisor, I would become disgruntle and at times quit. A few years ago, I realized I don't have to be a supervisor or have a title to be great at anything I accomplish. God constantly reminds me, I am enough and I can do his works. I don't need a title for this to happen. I have to have heart and the willingness to serve.

BTW, at this time in my career, I have not been a manager or had my own office. I have been a lead staff twice and had my own desk twice (always shared office). I am cracking up as I type this. About to get off work. I can honestly say I am happy with the position I currently have.
