I have the same axle under my burb.. you have to cut all the spring perches an shock mounts off an reweld new ones in correct location.. the spring perch are wider on the 2000+ 14 FF axles

@Justin Biddle im still running the disc/drum valve an haven't had any issues.. but id have to agree to swap to a disc/disc valve

When its cold out....
Since it cold outside here in Michigan.... you bring stuff inside🤣 (ol ladys not to pleased with me)... got the big brake kit mocked up.. slight sanding for clearance on the o.d of the spindle but not bad. Kit uses 2009 2500HD calipers an rotors Also got some goodies showing up from Off Road Design this week for the D60

I used the hillbilly wizard brackets a bit on the expensive side but work/fit very well(300$ for the brackets) You have to have the O.D of the hub machined down for slip on rotors. Luckily where I work it didnt cost me anything to have the hubs machined An it was a but sketchy getting it through the door lol

Front suspension questions
Any of you lifted guys running a track bar on the front end? I saw a company on you tube that swears by them to stop bump steer. Think it was davis' offroad. Pretty steep pricing on their crossover steering/ Trac bar set up. What's everyone else running?

Ive got a bit of bump steer on mine with crossover, but im thinking its cuz my drag link from pitman arm to knuckle is straight so the tie rod end are at close to max angle, hopefully when I put this dana 60 in with the ord crossover itll fix some of the issues... but ive been running the crossover on the 10 bolt for a few years now without issues. Even been on the highway for 9 hours straight

In my 89 that was a tbi. I just ran new lines from motor down to factory hard line on the frame. An kept the factory lines back to the tank
