@Anette Martinez I find crochet helpful with my ADHD because it takes up the perfect amount of focus so that I can actually watch something or sometimes read soemthing while I do it (depends on the pattern). How long have you been learning to animate? I'm still a beginner and I started a few months ago. It takes so long! I also recently started writing again, I didn't realise how much I missed it.

@Anette Martinez Yeah, other things come first, but animation takes a lot of work. It's doing a drawing, then doing that drawing again but slightly different. Or, moving an object slightly to make it look like movement with stop motion. It takes forever. I wish you luck with your course and this social media free journey :)
What are some ideas you no longer think to be true?
I no longer think that being ignorant is a bad thing. I don’t need to know everything that’s happening in the world at all times. What are some of your ideas you no longer believe to be true, as you get older and wiser everyday?

I agree with your point to certain extent. I follow some YT channels that are sort of news, but only in ways that directly affect me. I try and be aware of other communities and how they're being treated and how to treat them, but other than that I don't keep up on the news or any pop culture things. I am happy in my circle right now, and I am open to my view changing, but not knowing some things is fine.

@Saniya Vibes There are online libraries that you can have a look at. If you can't pay for books, there is a way around that.
Digital garden post
This week, I began living with less technology. One way I did this, was to make analog stuff fun. Since I am quite an 'artsy' person, I did this by binding my own notebooks by hand instead of buying them from the store. This also means I can control how many pages, what type of paper and the cover much more easily. Today, I woke up very late since I am on holiday, but, I still read a book after waking up for 1h with no music. Then, I talked to my friends irl. It is midday and I'm about to go visit my sister. Tips: If you find reading books boring, get physical copies and annotate them. If you are just starting, using a little bit of social media may help, so it not a sudden cutoff, just be sure to set timers. Hank Green's 'Focus Friend' app has really helped me stay off my phone.

@Saniya Vibes Do you have any family members or friends that may lend you some old books?

@Saniya Vibes That sucks. Sadly, I don't have any solutions, sorry.
