My Hoya plant is blooming. The flower is very wax like.

Went to Lowe's today and searched the 3 plant shelves for like 45 mins. Came out with these beauties!

Help! I have brown spots and it's spreading to my other plants! I live in an apartment with little light so my plants are grouped under full spectrum plant lights. I quarantined my plant while trying home remedies, thought it was good and added it back to its plant friends. It's like a kid with a cold spreading germs to everyone they come in contact with ...lol. Now I'm moving to fungicide and need a recommendation or a secret plant master trick
