Advice on Reta, 1+ Stacking and Hair 🙏
Hi Ladies, so excited to join this group - thank you Tara. My husband and I have been exploring the world of peptides for the past year, it's confusing to say the least. I am very thankful for this group! I have a few questions: - I've been on Semi and then Zep since 2022. I had titrated up to 15mg Zepbound once per week. I've switched to Reta but can't seem to get my dosage right; as in, it's not strong enough. I'm currently on 6mg Reta, 50 units, once per week and would like to go up but curious what max dose "should" be? - I'm also stacking with 5 Amino 1 mq & Ipamorelin (3 weeks in). Feeling good. I swear muscle tone has improved or fat loss has just made more visible. After reading comments on here I'm wondering if I should take the Ipamorelin at night? Currently taking all 3 in the am. - I really want to start a GLOW stack - can I take at the same time as stack above? - Turning 50 this week and dealing with significant hair thinning. It's hereditary, my mother and grandmother had the same issue. I'm taking oral minoxidil but anxiously awaiting news of a hair peptide...any ideas? Appreciate any words of wisdom, thank you

@Sue Alfieri Okay, so here is the thing...with the rise in popularity of prescribing testosterone to women, it seems doctors are going straight to cream, pellets, or injections...without checking DHT levels first. In a lot of women, simply blocking DHT will cause a rise in testosterone, and exogenous testosterone might not be needed for many more years. Those of us that are sensitive to DHT can easily get side effects if this conversion is not managed appropriately. Hair loss on the head, acne, voice changes, facial/body hair, are all side effects of a high rate of conversion from testosterone to DHT. You don't have to have DHT numbers off the charts for this to happen either. Anything in the upper half of the range can cause the symptoms. It sounds like you have a heavy conversion to DHT, like myself. Saw Palmetto, pumpkin seeds, pygeum, and nettle can all help "block" the enzymatic conversion from testosterone to DHT (it doesn't really block it the way pharmaceuticals do, just helps it get processed properly in your system). Saw palmetto supplements with some of the other herbs added are common DHT blockers in the herbal/functional space, so they are a safe option to try without the side effects of spiro. About a month after starting, make sure you get your hormones tested again, because you may need to lower your testosterone dose since the conversion to DHT will lesson with the supplements, causing a rise in testosterone. As for GHK-Cu, it is not a DHT blocker at all. It will help with the life cycle of the hair follicle, and will lesson your shedding. It will allow the hair growth cycle to remain healthy without dropping hair prematurely. My hairline thinned over the last few years due to stress and lyme disease, and using GHK-Cu and GLOW helped it grow back significantly. Make sure you get enough zinc when taking it though. I use a multi-mineral since it's good for skin, hair, nails in general and contains a good amount of zinc.

@Sue Alfieri you’re very welcome
Cloudy AOD
Hi All, I’ve done a cycle of AOD9604 before, and never had issues with the reconstitution. This time it went cloudy. It’s a 10mg and I put in 3 mL of BAC water to make the math easier (15 units = 500mcg). I’ve had it gel up a little in the past but it did not make it unusable. Info about AOD online is confusing with some saying cloudy is okay and normal, and other info saying to throw it out. Also some say to use Acetic Acid, others BAC. I’ve always used BAC. I did inject a few times and it burned…previous vials never burned My Question is - throw it out or use it? Also, how to not have this happen again?

@Tara West I did not because I haven’t needed to add it in the past. It’s not from the Peptique unfortunately since I had this one left from a previous purchase. It’s from Peptide Pro and is a 10 mg

@Tara West I’m ordering a new one from you today :)
Tirz vs Reta
I’ve been cycling 2.5 mg of tirz for over a year now (47 - perimenopause). It has helped So much with reduced inflammation and weight management- my weight has been stable. I would like to drop 10 Pounds going into this summer with a few trips planned. Would switching to Reta be good for this along with MOT-C? I’m afraid of switching with negative results. Thanks!

Just titrate up on Tirz. You’re on the starting dose, so moving up should get you there
Credit Card Processing Down!
Good morning everyone. Unfortunately our temporary work around got shut down this morning. Our long term solution is currently in underwriting. We are looking for another short term solution to bridge the gap. I will update everyone here as soon as I have more information. In the meantime Zelle is still working so please place orders that way. You can also email me any orders you need right away and I can manually submit them if you have to pay via credit card ! Hang in there with me we will get this figured out !! Email: tarawest@westwellnessatx.com

I've seen Cashapp work in this situation as well, so perhaps you can consider adding them as well :)
RETA and TIRZ are now GLP3 and GLP2 on The Peptique Website.
I am doing this as a cautionary measure with all the chatter that is going on right now in the research peptide world!

@Tara West With all these weird changes going on, and products possibly going away, would you consider offering a higher dose vial of GLP3 for those of us on higher doses? I’m up to 6 now and it’s finally working. Currently getting a 30mg vial from a company that is going to a paid “tiered” program…
