I am proud that I have committed to doing 6000 steps a day with walking after each meal. I am proud that I had a great dr appointment and have stayed off one of my cholesterol meds and continue to have my bs in range 85 %or more each day.

My go to is tossed salad with homemade 1000 island dressing with olive oil mayonnaise and protein like tuna or ham / cheese.
