Winning Wednesday
Small win=big momentum, Big win=big momentum Moral of the story is a win is a WIN. Would love to hear what wins (big or small) you’re celebrating this week so we can cheer you on! I'm celebrating the fact, I finally was able to get out of my head on something that has been holding me back from moving forward with my personal brand and my ministry. The light bulb clicked on this week and it feels like a breathe of fresh air.

I asked him for his thoughts on my business model and offering. I also asked for his help with a path to corporate boards. And I asked what he thought I could help him with anything based on my experience and skills. Turns out there was something I could help with.

I have a call today with one of my business idols
Recently I saw a true business icon at an event. I went to him and said how much I admired his work. I also said I would love to speak one on one with him some day to get some advice. I got an email the following week from his assistant asking if I would accept an invitation for today for a video call with him! I am sharing because this is proof that pitching matters and all they can say is yes or no. It takes the no to get out of the way for your yes. I have been watching and gaining more momentum daily. Big thanks to you @Ashley Kirkwood for making a space to educate and support the wins. I see this as a win!

@Temika Lyons It was GREAT! We were scheduled for 15 minutes and went well over that. And the biggest shock of all was that he had a need I could help him with surprisingly. He gave me some great connections and advice about the two areas I wanted help with amd he said he wanted to meet again soon. Wow...just wow!
