On the flashcards they seem to suggest using the familiar (Tu) form of you. This doesn’t seem right as it would be much more likely to use the formal usted conjugation (unless you’re really friendly with someone). What am I missing?? Wouldn’t it be better to show both forms as correct? I’d think you’re much more likely to be out-of-line by assuming the friendly form than being too formal in conversation. Yes?

Hi Robert and Team! Thank you so much for selecting me for the free month! 🙏 I want also to take this moment to share my learning experience with all of you. I’am Dutch and this app after 3 weeks, shows me that my English is not that good as I thought and certainly not speaking in the past. 😅 I have to translate it first in my head and then back in English or Spanish. So it takes more time to learn, but on the otherhand, I have two flies with one smash! I’m learning Spanish and improve my English.😀 I spend at least two hours a day to learn, because after living in Spain for more then 6 years, I really want to speak good Spanish in 6-12 months. That’s my goal for 2026! And with the help of this app I will definitely achieve that. Are there other not native English speakers, who recognize this? Have a beautiful Sunday! ☀️☀️

I think it would be really neat if there were a "karaoke" section here: some simple Spanish songs that we could learn & sing along with. Could be anything from translations of English songs ("Row Row Your Boat"?) up to current Spanish pop songs (" Color Esperanza "). With lyrics & Robert's comments on phrases/vocabulary/ etc. ?
