Must Read This To Improve Shadowboxing
Checkout my latest Notes on My Shadowboxing Reflection ⭐️ Felt Good, With no writing, was freestyling throwing anything and doing whatever 💨 Meant tired physically and/or mentally 🌊 Flow state ⭐️ Felt Good, with writing, was focused and with intention rounds So check this out notice rounds 1-25 Notice How I Freestyled and Gassed out Quicker Notice How I Hit Flow within rounds 1-25 but my exhaustion hit a lot more Now Checkout Rounds 25-45 When I had more focused attention I went more rounds with less exhaustion in between! This shows something very important it’s not about finding flow or fighting through exhaustion! It is the intense and immense focus on basic and fundamentals that help you last longer and increase your development! The more time you spend with basics the better!!

Some Thoughts For Your Training
Training Empty Is The Greatest Way to Train! “Empty” is not passive! Not I’ll just do whatever and I will become better! This thought process is folly! Have you ever walked into a newly renovated home or apartment that is completely empty. Feels good in the beginning but obviously no lives in an “EMPTY” home. We must place things in it that cater to our needs and desires at the given moment. Here is the Key….not becoming attached to the things in the apartment allows you to let go of what is in it and replace it with something better! Example: If You started with a Mini T.V after awhile you out grow it and then get a bigger one. Notice you still have a T.V just a bigger version of that T.V You start with something basic, the Jab for instance. You learn to throw a standard Jab. You spend time with it by doing over and over again. Then after awhile you upgrade to throwing the double jab! Pay attention here this is where Flow and Structure meet. The basic did not change just your level of understanding did and how to use it. It Became BIGGER! Training Empty is picking something to work on and doing it over and over until the point the technique itself reveals more to you! So your not Working Out, you are allowing the Work to Express itself through you. That is how you train Empty!

STUDY THE 3 SECONDS
There always seems to be this duality in boxing. Who would win the Taller And Longer Fighter that Has great range control or the shorter brawler with amazing footwork and head movement? Casual Boxing Fans tend to fight over this Boxing Analyst tend to debate this As BOXING PURIST WE tend to strategize for it! This will always be a thing in boxing and in life, but our objective isn’t to be opinionated, rather it is to look at what we can learn about each style and how it applies to us! These boxing breakdowns are not about speed and power but the mechanics of victory. How did they achieve victory…what did they do right…what can be improved. Boxing IQ is not just muscles and punches…rather it is the art of war played out in a squared battlefield we call a ring! So how this applies to you. Watch footage with the mindset of principles not emotions! Principle dictates a jab increases your versatility and options Emotion says you got to let your hands go! Principle ensures that your feet are in the right position to strike Emotion says you got to get on your bicycle! Principle encourages limiting your opponents offense Emotion says keep your hands up So we are not looking for what they did but why and how it happened! Last thing to ponder for you…if a person got hit the mistake was made 3 seconds before they actually did. WE STUDY THOSE 3 SECONDS
