I sent out bulk texts in Escambia county in Florida and I have someone that responded to my message asking for my home address. Am I Screwed?? Im afraid I may get sued for this...

Im looking to get into texting preforclosure leads and I have a question about it. I've gone to the county records website to pull the leads and skiptrace. Im noticing that many of the records I am seeing are preforclosures related to HOA's and not merely defaulting on the mortgage from the bank. Are these still viable leads to go after? Are they typically just as motivated as the ones who default on their mortgage?
