Cash Buyers?
I’m looking for serious cash buyers to send me there criteria, let’s make it simple and let’s make this money. If anyone has some already we can work it out togetheršŸ˜Ž Ps. Doesn’t have to be Oregon that’s just where I’m local.
Getting analysis paralysis I think
Every time I go to get started I think about what’s ahead or start thinking it would I need to have something else done first. I’m especially lost when it comes to the contract part, do I already have it filled out and ready to sign with number or whatnot or do I hustle write it in the blanks or do I type it then print it from my car? Like I need advice. In a perfect world is this a basic step by step way to go about the process? Where should I add things anything helps. I have a short schedule as it is with work and kids but I’m going to figure this out. Thank you and god bless sorry it’s long

What’s the hardest part about locking in your first wholesale deal?
I’ve noticed a lot of people struggle to close that first deal, even after studying, networking, and calling leads. What do you think is the biggest roadblock for most new wholesalers? • Finding motivated sellers • Building a buyers list • Negotiating deals • Confidence on the phone Curious to hear how you broke through that wall (or what you’re struggling with right now). Let’s see if we can spot a pattern.

@R Camp I feel like it will get to a point where you’ll just have to go for it ik that’s where I’m at, there will definitely be times where you don’t know an answer but I feel the best thing to do is just be transparent and ask if you can get back to them with that info in a timely manner. If the seller actually needs to sell I don’t see it being and issue with them. And if not then the deal wasn’t meant to be I suppose. God bless on your journey and I’m always down to do deals with whoever. You got this
Closing and contracts
I was watching the videos in classroom and after you get the contract signed and they say explain everything that happens after, do I tell them I’m bout to make a bag flipping there property or do I just say the title company will reach out to you about when your getting paid etc.
