🎤 From Curiosity to Creation: Xania Monet’s 4-Month Journey
I just watched the CBS interview with the creator behind Xania Monet, the viral AI artist taking the internet by storm — and wow, what a story. In just four months, her creator learned how to use AI tools to turn poetry into music, vision into visuals, and an idea into a full-blown artistic identity. Four months! Not four years. That’s the kind of reminder we all need sometimes: 🚀 You don’t have to have it all figured out. 🎨 You just have to start experimenting. 🧠 You can learn, grow, and evolve faster than ever when you stay curious. AI didn’t replace her creativity, it amplified it. She led with imagination, and the tools helped her build what she saw in her mind. ✨ Community Reflection: What’s something you’ve been curious about learning or creating, but holding back because you “don’t know enough yet”?

@Whitney Johnson LOVE IT! OH MY GOODNESS 🌬️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Become a director, not just a doer ✨
Here’s your reminder for the week: You don’t have to do everything yourself, you just have to direct it. We hear a lot about “learning prompts” or “mastering tools,” but that’s still a Doer’s mindset. A Director, on the other hand, starts with vision, not perfection. You don’t need to know the perfect prompt, workflow, or formula. You just need to know what you want, and then direct AI (or other tools) to help you get there. 🎥 How “Director Over Doer” Looks in Action 💡 1. Direct AI to build the prompt with you. Instead of guessing what to ask, say: “Here’s my idea. Can you help me turn this into a strong prompt?” You’re no longer the Doer struggling to write perfect instructions — you’re the Director guiding a creative assistant. 💬 Example: “I want to make a post about creative burnout but keep it positive. Help me build the prompt step-by-step.” AI then becomes your writer’s room, not your replacement. 💡 2. Direct workflows, not just tasks. You can use AI to map the whole process, not just execute a single piece. “Help me outline a system for repurposing my content every week.” “Draft a to-do list and order these tasks by priority.” Directors don’t just create one scene, they oversee the whole production. 💡 3. Direct your mindset. Being a Director means asking bigger questions: “What do I actually want to say?” “Who am I creating this for?” “What would make this feel easy and joyful?” When you direct with intention, the tools follow your energy, not the other way around. 💡 4. Direct your life, not just your laptop. The “Director Over Doer” mindset spills beyond work. - Instead of doing your calendar, ask AI to help plan your week by energy levels. - Instead of doing your grocery list, ask it to design a meal plan around your goals. - Instead of doing your journaling, ask AI to coach you through it with reflective prompts. - You become the creative lead of your own life’s production. Where could you shift from Doer to Director this week?
