Brrrr, Its getting cold out there
This week i challenge you to declutter a closet and donate coats, warm clothing, or even socks to those in need. The will do 2 things: 1. Create more flow and less blocked energy in your space. 2. Open your heart a little bit by passing along things that could help someone else. And if you are really brave, consider gifting something from your loved one.

Trying to make myself, take a little time to be creative.....a little time to lose myself in something that makes me happy and take my mind off of all the worries and struggles of everyday life/responsibilities!

I am now, but not for long. It’s been a long day!
A different kind of grief…
My girl is headed off to Asheville today. I’m filled with mixed emotions…happy for her independence and ability to thrive. And sad…because I’m gonna miss her presence. She faced the devastation of hurricane Helene and has made the best of it. It hasn’t been easy for an adult child to move in with mom and dad, but we made the best of it. I’m excited to see what her future holds. I know it’s bright. I’m curious what other types of grief are you facing right now and how can we support each other in our grief?
