Close calls when riding.
Here's 3 close calls I caught with my bike camera system: https://youtu.be/3-fcCIJCYcs?si=Cv0omKs24D86PCJG https://youtu.be/_YP9haFwViY?si=OaxQKKeciMHmx0pi https://youtu.be/45o7GNOpYgA?si=INQX5D1avJ9yuFgV

Looks like quite a decent camera system. I need to sort myself out with one soon. Also, turns out you have quite the mouth on you @Robert Moeser 😂 Won't lie though, I let the occasional bit of profanity out too when faced with idiots.

@Robert Moeser I have also been working on it the past few year. I think being on two wheels has taught me to chill on the roads.
My SMART Drills 1-5
@Daniel Tolomei As I've promised last stream - here's me doing the SMART Drills (1-5) all at once. My lovely wife was the one who took the video (love you dear!). We had 23°C (around 73°F for the American folks), so after a lot of off camera attempts, my rear brake wanted to cool down (overheated), so my last take was right before it told me "I'm out dude" (don't worry, after 2-3 minutes it came back in full power on our way home). BTW as you can see, this parking lot is also a motorcycle training area which people (including yours truly) are taking their lessons and actual riding test, so it was the perfect place for it (and it's 5 minutes ride from my house). Hope you'll like it 😁 Promise to upload more drills in the future as well

Great work Elad!
Chain maintenance and chain life
So I had to visit the mechanic shop today as my motorcycle’s chain felt too loose the last few weeks, and even before he actually checked it, he told me: “Yeah, this chain is done for and needs to be replaced already”. I do remember doing around 18-20K (Kilometers) on it, so it sounds quite reasonable. Wanted to know how much do you guys ride on your chains in average.

I generally do new sprockets and chain between 10 000km and 15 000km. I like to replace them sooner rather than later. Doing a lot of commuting means I get caught in the rain quite often, and that causes extra wear to the chain. Luckily it's a fairly simple job and I've done it myself before.

@Robert Moeser I also keep mine in a garage overnight, but it unfortunately has to park outside at a lot of places I go to. This, coupled with riding in the rain means I need to keep my chain in tip top shape. It makes sense that your sporty bike eats through chains and tyres, especially with more spirited riding.
My new bike
My 2018 Ultra Limited sounds so much better with a cam and tune. The bike was cold and the ambient temperature was only 5°C, so I didn't get on the throttle hard. https://youtu.be/_PlVjT1DlDM?si=Vw5C-x6Weo5YkAAM

Really nice bike! I tend to forget just how big they are. Nevertheless, I'd love to try out a big Harley one day.
Crew Review - Andy Close Call
Gravel in the corner can be scary! Good job @Andy Torrez for not freaking out! Btw, couldnt find the original post. Idk if Skool did something or I just can't find it.

Well done for keeping calm @Andy Torrez in the video it seems like small wobble, but actually being on the bike and feeling it can be quite unsettling, and is not fun at all. Being able to remain calm and collected in these situations separates good rider from excellent riders. Also, great U-turn! I went over a big painted arrow in a traffic circle once and felt the traction start to go, luckily it recovered verg quickly, but it was also a pucker moment for sure. Also a very small wobble, but definitely noticeable and not that much fun. But keeping calm and dealing with it kept me upright.
