Designing your LIFE
Have you figured it out yet? 👀 I’m starting to realize that life is really just a series of figuring it out moments. And while that might feel overwhelming to some… to me, it’s EXCITING. Figuring it out means I get to dig deep, stay curious, and become a true student of life — the best kind I’ve ever been. Being dissatisfied actually helped me get clear on what I don’t want… which made it easier to identify what I do want. Then I simply started moving in that direction. It sounds simple, right?✨ Decide what you want✨ Design how to get there✨ Start movingThat’s the game of life. Life isn’t “set it and forget it.” It’s interactive. It’s evolving. It’s continuous. So let me ask you…How are you currently designing your life? What thoughts are pushing you to grow, think bigger, and become better? I’d love to hear how YOU play the game of LIFE 👇💬
Stay curious! Yes, I like this- it’s the spice of life! Keep learning- my motto! Be strong and yet be willing to consider other people’s points. It’s a grey world- not black and white. Be focused, have goals and yet be kind - especially to yourself. Be willing to take in the big picture. Re-setting new goals - for me since mid- Nov, so I don’t always feel like doing 3 gym workouts but know consistency is the key. I still love road biking 3 days a week. Had to cut down some riding for gym workouts knowing strength, mobility training will help me be more present/able for myself and others- for the next 30 years or so (now in my younger 60’s).
Thanks Chelle- yes Up!! I love climbing canyons/bicycled (road bike) up two steep hills today!! 5200 ft climbing approx 50 miles with a group of friends. 😊
Mobility and Strength are my goals-
Noticing that when I boost my cardio for 5- 10 solid minutes before working out, the workouts seem more productive. Standing on the bike pedaling hard for solid 7 minutes is my fav. Walking/running with inclines is good, rowing great too for less time. What are other people’s favorites or routines before working out?
