What does "freedom" actually look like in your daily routine?
Creating freedom in all areas of life is a major focus here, but I love seeing how different people define it practically. Is it having control over your morning schedule? Saying 'no' without guilt? Unplugging from noise? I’d love to hear: What is one small daily habit that currently gives you the biggest sense of personal freedom?
The hardest limitation to let go of... 🧠
We talk a lot about 'letting go of limitations, but often the trickiest ones are the sneaky assumptions we made about ourselves years ago that we just accepted as truth. For those who have been on this journey for a while: What was a self-imposed boundary or belief you held for years that turned out to be completely false once you challenged it?

HW day 1
Happy Saturday🌻 Using the AI tool was awesome for me. By voicing the stories I felt so much more freedom to express. It was a smooth way of sharing a lot of information so effectively. As a lone wolf independent Traveler and teacher I never stay long and avoid friendships to continue beyond a conflict. I became codependent with God which actually made my life pretty awesome, yet lonely. The take-away: The old patterns loneliness and debt seem to coincide said the AI worksheet. It is not a surprise and I am super ready to repattern. After my father's abandonment in childhood I became brilliant at surviving. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and anger at the same time. I know all of this for a while but kept repeating. I self abandoned by buying too much organic healthy food. Then go into the red figures and get to buy comforts foods because I am anxious. Up until now! Praying for all of you here. 📖 I have come that they have life and have it to the full. John 10:10 With bold love, Anna

What a powerful and honest reflection, Anna ❤️ It takes so much courage to recognize old patterns and choose to change them Wishing you continued healing and abundance on this journey. 🌻
Right to be Wrong
Wrong (again). My biggest insight from the Magnetic U challenge is Investigating vrs Observing. I learned that trying to fix things (analyze, judge, bossy) runs interference INSIDE of myself- imagine what it does outside🤦‍♀️. Observing lets them fix themselves. It all came full circle in multiple ways. The fear, the gut, nerve pain, relationships… esp the one with MYSELF. Observing becomes the lava that connects all these pieces together & lets them each be heard. A common ground- neutrality. Homeostasis. It (ea part) knows what to do, it just needs “permission.” It knew enough to pick up some protective patterns, that got me this far. If I want something to do, I go for Ho’oponopono- on myself- to get out of my own way. “As within, so without” has a much deeper meaning now. Along w EVERYTHING else. & I learned I have to SIT w change & ALLOW it to anchor. “Fight or flight” also got broader.

This is such a powerful realization Learning to observe instead of constantly trying to fix everything can create so much space for healing and clarity🙏✨
