Hi everyone, I am Cody from Boise, Idaho. I am starting a healthcare recruiting agency even though my background is in tech (Amazon and Micron). I just got really tired of "AI this and AI that" 😂 Good to see some other entrepreneurially minded recruiters on here. Looking forward to growing alongside all of you! These videos have been tremendously helpful. Thanks for making them Jon. Love the part you added about mindset and also the small goals for us to hit each day. I found 3 targets for my "hit-list" here in Boise in that 51-200 ppl range and a few people to reachout to for each :)
