@Liz Garcia thanks for joining this group. The Habit Mechanic sounds interesting! I'm all about habits > willpower. For example, I'll try to leave my workout shoes out near the door to prompt me to go the gym, but then my wife will put them away saying they don't belong in the middle of the hallway. So still working on that! :)

@Darrell Tippett thanks for joining. I think you'll be able to go a long way with the 7 day fast start. I used to play a lot of monopoly but then started to get too deep into learning all of the pro strategies. Kinda ruined the fun for me, so check it out at your own risk :) https://www.reddit.com/r/boardgames/comments/16brgvq/how_to_always_win_at_monopoly/

@Tammy Duran yep a lot of things have changed with business development in recruiting as well for me when I started. It used to be "smile and dial" and now it's about running automated campaigns that run in the background

@Dr Lara Olufade Yep, automations > manual outreach for sure

@Mohammed Ali I would focus on finding client first without the candidate pool. Get a job --> fill a job.

@Tammy Duran no you don't need the ideal candidate for the get go. It's definitely nice. But as I'm sure you know, the odds of a candidate that you market to a prospective client being a match made in heaven is rare. There are just too many variables. So it's more efficient to get the client first. Get a job, fill a job

@Shahd Mohamed the more narrow the niche the better, at least to start. Global is usually too broad when launching
