Finishing a dent is absolutely the hardest part for me. That last low spot when looking at it with the light far away. Or even the last subtle highs that need to be knocked down just right 😮‍💨

That's where my work goes to a discouraging state. I've gotten some massive dents and damage back to that 90% range and then the finishing touches I never get right and spend a lot of time on. The videos on youtube make it look easy but it is far from.
Your plan of action?
hey guys, I got a job tomorrow. I’m fully prepared to mud and paint, If I have to. however I’d like to give PDR shot! This is aluminum, and there is some minor cracking toward the bottom of the dents. I got a plan but let me know what you guys think?

I guess you would have to discuss with the customer what their budget and expectations are. If you can push them out and they can live with the cracking for a much lower price maybe that would work.
Still struggling with the last bit
This is junk hood I practice on. I often start with glue and then try to hand tool the finishing touches but access on this area allowed only smaller hand tools and they would just flex without giving a good push. I've been thinking about trying to do a glue pull while pushing with a tool at the same time. I've got some air bags as well but they need space and their level of inflation is kind of worthless for this.

@Brice Maillet I'll give that a try
Some work I did
I haven't been on here in a while because life has really been kicking me to the ground pretty much daily. I had some health conditions come up that forced me out of my last job a while back and I while trying to deal with recovering from a surgery and a bad fall that left me with longstanding injuries my wife decided it would be better for her if she dumped me and tried to take me for every penny possible on her way out so I have been just struggling to survive financially, physically, and mentally. I've lost just about everything I spent my entire life building in a very short period. A friend of mine knows I am trying to learn this trade and let me work on his truck. He backed into a power pole and did severe damage to his box side. He didn't want to put much money into it and I agreed to work on it rather cheap. Even though I didn't charge much beyond materials used this is my first job. He needed the truck back after a few hours I didn't have time to work on it more than I did. If I had a few more hours with it I could have done a little more but I don't think it turned out too bad considering his investment was minimal. I see a lot of vehicles in my area with damage like this and I think there could be a niche doing jobs like this where you get them back to about 90% at a fee that works for both parties. Maybe I am wrong about that but I am sure some people would be enticed by lower price point. The last two pics are after I worked on it.

@Dean Berman thank you, once the winter weather of the north breaks I plan on hitting things really hard.

If you have the money for the 20" I would get that. I got 14" on scratch and dent discount but someday I'll definitely go bigger
