Bio: Just had recent back surgery, put on a few extra lbs, never really been the weight I’d like to be so this is me taking action and losing the belly!!

Bio: Retired Jan 2026. Very active up to Oct 2018 when a serious MC accident changed my life. Need to regain and restore lost mobility.

Bio: From Alaska, live in Southern California now, looking to reverse the effects of desk job this past decade as its been locking up my body and posture.
