💰 Unlock the Full Potential of AI—Avoid These TWO Major Pitfalls
Want to not only SURVIVE but also THRIVE with AI in your business? Here are two things to avoid and then finally how to succeed. First, the obvious one: Ignoring AI Completely. Many traditional business owners are guilty of this, thinking AI is just a fleeting trend. Or ignoring it all together because they don't want to contribute to the advancement of AI because they are afraid of it. Remember how the internet, websites, and social media were initially dismissed? I too have concerns about AI, but that doesn't mean I'm going to put my head in the sand. Don’t repeat this mistake and get left behind. The second mistake, less obvious: Over-relying on current AI Models and not looking forward to the next one. Building a business around today’s AI without adapting to new versions can spell disaster. Rapid advancements mean what works today might be obsolete tomorrow. As Sam Altman pointed out, the key is to eagerly embrace and swiftly transition to the latest models to avoid being outpaced. Those that build on current models and hope new models don't interrupt their service are going to get crushed. How to Succeed: Stay informed and adaptable. Embrace the "AI gap"—that crucial period where you can harness current AI technologies while preparing for future iterations. By continuously adapting, you ensure long-term success and resilience. 💡 Don’t resist the future. Embrace AI and evolve with it! BTW I used the linked video to produce this post, check it out. The topics above and the automations in the video will be cover in my new community. The No-Code Architects! Coming June 1st!!

Great post. I normally feel ahead of the curve or abreast of current tech trends but I just admit, AI has been moving faster than i anticipated and I’m slightly behind. I have to do more studying. But that is an amazing automation! Love the slack voice idea. How long can your voice memo in slack be?
Using AI @ Scale (and worthy of actually hitting publish)
One thing I've noticed is that a lot of people show off cool stuff with AI. Like really cool stuff. But a lot of demos are them going in and out of all these different apps, cutting and pasting this here, that there. The output is cool, but there are so many hoops to jump through it's hard to do. Or just a pain to do on a day to day basis. And impossible at scale. And, I'd say the output isn't really perfected either. It's surface level just to demonstrate the concept. So I think one of the most important skills is going to be able to tie these things together and produce good output. (with automation and other tools). So one of my newest projects in the Labs in Kontent Story Magic 🪄. The name might change but I kinda liked it. It's the flexible system that can tie all the tools together on the creation side of things into something you'd actually enjoy to use day to day. And be proud to publish. I'm certainly not going to be in 30 different apps just make something cool in AI every day. I've done a ton on the production and distribution (and will continue). But I'm going to be doing more on the creation side of things now too. Using Video and Image APIs along side ChatGPT for text. Claude too. And also connecting the original source material in an easy way that gets original source content into these repurposing AI systems. Like more stuff on taking notes on your phone and producing all sorts of cool output, in video, image and text formats. Or being able to consume news articles in your niche and applying your pov to produce different outputs of all types, with your spin on it. One of my great skills is creating the containers and systems to connect things in ways others can't. I've been coding so long (35 years) I just understand the core of how all this works down to the bits and bytes. So I'm going to continue that trend and try and make some useful stuff for you guys! Let me know in the comments if you've ever had a dream way of creating content, from brainstorming to ingesting articles, to whatever.

@Anish Jajodia could you clarify your question?
🤖 FULLY Automated AI Video Project—SCARY or COOL?
⚠️ WARNING—I don't endorse this as your social media video strategy. But automating 100% of the video creation + publication process with AI was very interesting. It's completely "hands off". Create a video of yourself and publish it without any interaction at all. In this video I show you how to use... ✅ ChatGPT to write a video script ✅ HeyGen to generate an AI video ✅ Metricool to auto publish the video Checkout the video → RIGHT HERE I'd love to hear what you think of this project. Scary, cool, both? Leave any additional thoughts in the comments 🙏

That was awesome. Best I’ve seen. If I didn’t know it was AI, I wouldn’t have detected it instantly.
2 Keys 🔑 To Hit $50K Months With Organic Content
If you’re struggling to hit $50K months, here’s how I’ve been able to do it. First → Quality content that resonates with your buyers. It doesn’t matter what advice you get from other people about social media, branding, content, hooks, CTAs. yada yada. All that really matters is you create content that resonates with your target audience. It only matters what THEY think. Second → And if you’re producing content on organic channels most people drastically underestimate how much content they need to produce. I've been able to generate 50k months by building an efficient content machine that can easily produce 100 plus pieces of content per week (with a small team and only 2 hours of my time). (If you don't know me) It’s built on Airtable, Zapier and Google Drive and it automates 99% of the content workflow. When you design a system that streamlines the entire process and organizes the content on a granular level (with each piece of content getting its own unique ID). Your ability to scale content distribution will give you a competitive edge over your competitors.

Coming Soon—The Kontent Ops Podcast 🎙
Hey guys, excited to share that I'll be launching a podcast in the very near future called the Kontent Ops Podcast. The Kontent Ops Podcast documents the behind-the-scenes work of managing content activities to be as profitable and efficient as possible. - For brands, agencies, YouTubers and marketing teams I'll be interviewing big content creators like @Hafu Go, successful content agencies like @Zoli H and @Clinton Skinner, people like Caleb Ralston (who runs Alex & Leila Hormozi's content program) and many more. Maybe Gary Vee one day. "Content operations" are the activities, processes, tools, and technologies that are required to manage a brand's content effectively. Content operations also refers to the people and teams that contribute to these tasks and help develop a profitable strategy and framework.
