🆘 Need Help: OpenAI Ignoring My Database in n8n
Stuck on a weird n8n issue - hoping someone has seen this before! The Problem: My workflow sends database records to OpenAI, but the AI completely ignores my real data and makes up fake entries instead. My Setup: Google Sheets → Format Database → Merge → OpenAI What's Happening: - My database has 76 real records - OpenAI claims to see 100 fake records with made-up names - The AI isn't reading my actual data at all What I've Tried: ✅ Data flows correctly through all nodes✅ Merge node outputs 76 real items✅ Added anti-hallucination prompts✅ Used JSON.stringify($input.all()) to send data✅ Switched to gpt-3.5-turbo The Mystery: Every node before OpenAI shows the correct data, but OpenAI acts like it's getting completely different information. Has anyone experienced OpenAI completely ignoring provided data in n8n? What could cause this disconnect? Any help appreciated! 🙏

Use a vector database instead, but this seems to be more of a prompt issue than a workflow issue
How are you selling your services to physical businesses?
Just curious how is everyone selling their AI products/systems to physical businesses like salons, restaurants, accountants, etc. My planned strategy is to have a generic sector specific AI system built for them to trial in their own time and a call will happen afterwards to discuss the experience/ feedback and onboarding. How are you doing it ?
n8n Database
I've created for myself a vector database containing every single piece of information/tutorial from n8n, which I use into my own Custom GPT to help me create complex n8n workflows. I can say this is a complete game changer for me on how I create workflows, especially since I am not an expert yet. I know there is a custom GPT built by Nskha but it didn't provide as much help as I needed. Now I can finalize very complex workflows in under 2-3h if I have all the API's and accounts ready to go. How is everyone creating their own workflows, what do you use as source of information or debugging?? I know the experts don't need help but us beginners definitely need something. .What are y'all using?

You Dress Like a Leader But Is Your Business Still Working Like an Assistant?
I’ve always believed how you show up visually says everything about your mindset and clearly, this community gets that. But lately, I’ve been wondering: 💼 Why do so many sharp, driven guys still spend hours chasing leads manually… instead of building systems that reflect their leadership? If your clothes are on point… If your presence is polished… Shouldn’t your business processes reflect that same level of refinement? Imagine a backend that: 🔹 Qualifies leads automatically 🔹 Replies via WhatsApp instantly 🔹 Books calls while you're sleeping 🔹 Logs every interaction without lifting a finger No missed leads. No distractions. Just clarity. Style is more than appearance, it’s how you operate. ⚙️ Curious how this kind of “invisible assistant” setup actually works in real businesses? I’m happy to break it down, no pitch. DM open or reach me on WhatsApp if that’s easier: +1 (310) 404-9290

You've used wrong tag.. this is not wins, use the tag for hiring/for hire
Nothing will torch your energy faster than what i went through the past 3 weeks
I used to think the more sales calls, the better. Pack the calendar. Prove you’re busy. Pretend it’s progress. But this week slapped me with reality. Half the people booking calls? They weren’t even close to qualified. Wrong stage. Wrong mindset. Some just wanted to pick my brain for free. At first, I thought I needed a better calendar tool. But that wasn’t it. What I actually needed was a better system. A way to cut the noise before it ever hits my calendar. So I tightened my script. I stopped explaining my offer fifty different ways. I made it clear who I help, how it works, and who shouldn’t bother booking. Suddenly, the calls changed. Fewer time-wasters. More conversations with people who get it and want it. If you’re still stuck thinking more calls equals more business, you’re just burning cycles for nothing. Growth isn’t about being busy. It’s about building a system that only brings the right people to your door. That’s the play. Catch you in the next one.

Definitely.. Building the system is the easy part, refining it to work in your favor is the challenging part which can get very demanding if you don't know your audience.
