It's a self-improvement community like no other! First week started off with doing a 1000 push-ups in a week - yes a thousand. Other ones have included getting your own shit done, while the community holds you accountable. The courses are very insightful also, designed to change your thinking to better embrace yourself and the world.

 It's as useful as you make it for yourself: either just a another self-help course, if you don't take action, or a potentially life-changing community!
