Research KPIs / ICP 🥸
We are a 2-man team out in Houston that's trying to run this model. @Jake Crowe has been running point on doing the research (which is a lot!) so we are focusing on delinquent taxes ranging from $20K or multiple years worth of delinquent taxes. Based off the list we create - we screen potential deaths in the family & begin a deeper deep dive. Questions for the team: 1. Is this a good ICP range? or should we expand it to a smaller delinquent tax amount? 2. As a single-man researcher - what do you think is a good goal (timeline wise) to find a solid lead so we have something internally to track? Thanks for the guidance and I can further explain my question if I am not clearly articulating it!

Hey Curative Investors, This is a must To-Do before starting your curative investing journey. You got to know how your state operates based on the curative investing lens. This is our Curative State-Specific Framework The first page is the questions you need to answer for your state. The 2nd page is a filled out example. We are doing Texas, so for people that are investing in Texas, your welcome. But make sure you understand the questions and answers because it will be the applicable for Wednesday's training. For everybody else that is investing outside of Texas, this will be your homework prior to Wednesday's call. You need to find the answers and use Texas as an example.
