Hey everyone, I have a finance company client that's already sold on the idea and ready to sign. I just need to connect them with the right AI agency to actually run the project. Quick context: solid budget, and they want to start with two phases — first, hands-on training for their team on LLMs/AI tools, then a full process audit to map out what can be automated in their operations. Once that's done, they're fully open to implementing automations to improve those processes. This isn't a "maybe someday" — they're ready to move now. Budget gets discussed directly with whoever takes this on — it's a company that pays properly for good work. A few things I'll be looking for in whoever takes this on: - Excellent English, since communication with the client's team needs to be clear and professional. - Available to start soon, ideally within the next few weeks. - Honest and transparent about progress, even when something isn't going as planned. - Strong command of automation tools and the various AI models/platforms out there, not just one narrow stack. Why I'm posting here: I'm already managing quite a few clients of my own right now, so I don't have the bandwidth to run point on this one myself. Rather than let it sit, I'd rather hand it to an agency that's actively looking for new clients and can actually deliver — if you're building out your portfolio and this fits what you do (training + audit + automation implementation for businesses), this is a solid one to add. Hi everyone! I’ve been learning AI automation through hands-on projects, and today I wanted to share one of my latest builds: an AI-powered Email Reply Agent built with n8n. The workflow is designed to manage incoming emails intelligently, safely, and with the right level of human control. Here’s what it currently does: ✅ Checks unread emails automatically ✅ Retrieves the full email details ✅ Filters unwanted or irrelevant emails ✅ Reads the previous conversation thread for context ✅ Uses an AI Agent to analyze the email ✅ Classifies the email by category and priority ✅ Decides whether a reply is required ✅ Drafts a professional, context-aware response ✅ Automatically replies to simple, low-risk emails ✅ Sends sensitive or urgent emails for human approval ✅ Allows the reviewer to Approve or Reject the AI-generated reply ✅ Sends the reply only after approval when required ✅ Stores and updates email status in Airtable In the video, I’m testing an urgent payment issue. The AI detects that the email is sensitive, creates a professional reply, sends it for human approval, and only after approval does it send the final response and update the record. This project helped me understand how AI agents, Gmail, conversation history, workflow logic, human approval, and Airtable can work together in one complete automation. I’m still learning, experimenting, and improving with every project, and I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback from the community.
