That is a success! I'm in a "verbiage battle" between my buyer and the seller for exactly what the TRR should say. Meanwhile, they're saying the exact same thing they just want it in their own words, lol. We'll get there. Congrats!

It was just one sentence about the repairs being done... "during the repairs" vs. "at the time of the work". Nothing major, but it took up half an afternoon going back and forth with the Listing Agent, lol.
