Here is a easy recipe packed with protein with an easy meal prep, it's a chicken salad It has boneless baked chicken breast red cabbage kale greens colored bell peppers, cucumbers, red onion, chickpeas cherry tomatoes and any other vegetable you would like to put in it you can use the salad dressing of your choice.

Good morning Ladies, here is another recipe that I tried today
It is a protein pancakes made with cottage cheese oats banana. In one scoop of protein powder They said to put brown sugar in it. I put a date in it. Baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and two eggs. It yields about seven pancakes. You can eat two pancakes. It was 150 calories 16 g of protein and I have to say they are very delicious. Will definitely keep these in rotation
