The 3 people I would connect with will be the hiring manager, HR person and a team member, I think this combination will give me the best success at an initial screening in addition to understanding all I need to know about this role.
Day 1 - Assignment submission
Share the 3 things that help you standout as a PM job applicant. Feel free to use these thinking prompts: 1. What skills and qualities do I have as a professional that are important for a PM role? Which of them are not visible through my resume? 2. What values do I have as a person that make me a great fit for PM roles? 3. What can I learn about the company/role/hiring manager, that will help me make my application better? How can I find this information? 4. What unique experiences do I have that will make me stand out?

I have lived as a project manager for all of my career, I am very strong at executing and getting things back on track. My EQ has allowed me to build amazing relationships with engineers. I am resilient and resourceful, on my quest to being a product manager and landing my 1st gig then getting laid off 8 days later I am still pursing this dream. Scowering the internet for the best of the best is how I ended up here with you Sid. My EQ allows me to resonate with people, I believe it has been one of my super powers.

Hi All, Clarence T here, I am from NYC. I am currently a program manager, I have been a project manager / agile coach for the past 10 years, I have been looking to transition into product mangement for the past 5 yrs, 3 years ago I landed my first PM gig at a neobank and 8 days in I was laid off. I want to bullet proof myself so that I can become a great PM and essentially build a company myself. Fun fact about me I have over 130 pairs of sneakers.
