Menstrual cycle
Has anyone done any research on peptides possibly disrupting menstrual cycles? Also, would it be advised to stop taking a peptide until your cycle returns if you think that’s the reason?

Period Q
Has anyone missed their period after taking Reta? Im my first month in on Reta and I’m pretty regular and haven’t started (like almost a week late). I’m not pregnant.

So I don’t remember when I was on Reta if I had a disruption in my cycle, but it seems I may be having one now whike on IPA/CJC. The first eight weeks that I did this however I didn’t have any disruptions so I’m kind of surprised this time around. I’m curious to know if anyone in general has had disruptions in their menstrual cycles on peptides…
Lower HRV - Hyperthyroid
Hello to everyone! I wanted to see if anyone has noticed a lowered HRV on certain peptides? Mine tends to be lower while on peptides in general. I personally have not been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, but my thyroid numbers lean in that over active direction. I think this might impact the way I personally metabolize peptides. Any comments or thoughts are welcome! Loving this community!

@Brandi George I hate to hear that! Reta did not cause sleep disruption for me, but IPA/CJC did at first until my body adjusted. Perhaps the every other day micro dose was not the route for your body? I personally do the weekly dose when I am on it. Now that my weight is where I want it, I will do a two week run of Reta every quarter just to maintain my weight. I feel like Reta hits a full body reset for me. It is very powerful for my body. I tend to drop weight quickly on it and do not need to stay on it. It is strange,, but DSIP disrupted my sleep versus improved it. I really do wonder if having a hyperactive thyroid impacts the way you respond to peptides? This is why I am so glad to have this platform to chat with people about their experiences. I will say that Epithalon was AMAZING for me! I am looking forward to my time to go on it again!!

@Sabrina Serna very interesting! I appreciate you sharing this! Please keep us posted if you don’t mind!
IPA/CJC
Has anyone experienced a small knot developing at the injection site when using IPA/CJC? I haven’t really experienced this with other peptides. I switched locations and still seem to have that happen.
Peptides at night
I have been using 300mcg IPA and CJC no dac combo at night right before bed and ss31 200mcg and epithalon 150 mcg. This cocktail has been working beautifully for the last month. Been sleeping great through the night no wake ups at all. However, the last two nights I have been sleeping horribly. Keep waking up between 1am-4am and the first night it took forever to fall asleep and then up early again, last night fell asleep but then up at 1:15am and fell asleep around 10:30am, I also woke up hot in the middle of the night. Can this combo be causing me problems all of the sudden??? I am in perimenopause but I am on bio-identical hormones and those levels are great, so I know it’s not that. Does anyone have any insight or experience with this? Your opinions and or tips are very much appreciated. Can your peptide stack all of a sudden have the opposite reaction? Thanks

Reta for sure makes my heart rate increase and my HRV decrease at night.
