OY! Hope you didn't think we were just going to learn some cool concepts, did you? The purpose of this course is for you to get practice. What the challenge actually is: post one video a day on the internet for 21 days. I know what you're thinking, that's a lot. It's not. We're not trying to go viral, we're not trying to win any kind of internet challenge. We just want one short video posted every single day for 21 days. I don't care if no one watches it. I don't care if it's not on brand. I don't care if you've done this before. Just post. The point is to practice the art of sharing our ideas, putting them out into the world, and letting go. Stoked to be here. I rode the Dane Train back in 2021-2022, starting with Lightbringer. It was incredible for sure. Then, about the time I got off the train, shit went down; my business collapsed, and it's been a slow winding trail to rebuild from the ground up. Now the foundations are way more solid, there's heaps more clarity on what I'm actually bringing through, so much has shifted internally... and teh piece I really need to nail is... messaging. Cue Dane popping up again with the perfect offer for me. Listening to his 12-minute intro message made me realize something else as well... It's time to honour myself and shift the way I've been working. (I've been online since 2006, when I started my first blog, Be Conscious Now.) It's time to work from magic, and ceremony, and ease and joy and all the things, Time to honour the version of me that can pull 12-14 hour days, wrestling with all the tech and doing a myriad of things that often don't seem to move the needle at all... honour her and burn her up on the altar. Her day is done. I can see, in hindsight, that I was using tech etc to self-soothe, but now, it just fucking self-irritates. I am not the same woman I was in 2006, or 2016, or even in January 2026. And the internet is not the same either. AI has fucked it. That dude who raves about cloning himself and now posts 600 times a month, fuck him. Yesterday I got three reminder emails within ONE hour of a webinar I'd signed up for, along with all the other reminder emails in the previous week plus a marketing message from the dude. Fuck him too. People are DROWNING in comms, and I don't want to be part of that AND I also want to continue to write and communicate and transmit 'cos that's what it's all about for me. So somehow, I have to find my way into the heart of where I want to speak from, in a way that cuts through the noise, has relevance, and offers something valuable to other humans. Grateful to be here. And will likely use this feed as a testing ground for being unfiltered because something has to fucking change.

Week 2 • Courage What's stopping you from being seen? What fears are keeping your message small? How do you express yourself more honestly? Week 3 • Consistency How do you keep showing up? How do you build habits that allow your work to reach people long after motivation fades? Along the way we'll have live Q&A calls, discussions inside the community and a few bonus resources as well.
