What is your body communicating to you?
As a somatic practitioner and guide, I’ve witnessed through countless of sessions how disconnected many of us have become from the language of our bodies. We live in a culture that rewards thinking, analyzing and intellectualizing. We’re taught to override exhaustion, suppress emotion and push through discomfort. Over time, we become so identified with the mind that we lose our ability to feel. Yet, the body is always communicating. Whether it's the tension in your shoulders, the tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the fatigue you can’t seem to shake, the illness you've been dealing with, all of it is information that ultimately connects us back to an emotional and energetic imprint. Your body carries an intelligence that exists beneath conscious thought. It remembers what the mind has forgotten, reveals what you may be avoiding and often senses what is aligned long before you can explain it logically. This is why feeling is such an essential part of healing. When we allow ourselves to feel, we begin restoring communication with the deeper intelligence that lives within us. And breath is the foundation of this return. Your breath forms a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, the mind and body, the physical and emotional. It helps you move out of mental overactivity and into direct relationship with what is happening inside you. Through the breath, suppressed emotions can begin to surface. The nervous system can soften out survival and the body can release what it has been holding. As a result, you become present enough to hear the subtle signals that were once drowned out by the noise of the mind. I believe this is one of the great evolutionary journeys we are all here to make: the movement from living through the intelligence of the mind alone into the deeper intelligence of the heart and body. The mind remains an extraordinary tool, but it was never meant to lead us. When the mind becomes connected to the heart, rooted in the body and guided by what we genuinely feel, we begin making choices from a deeper place of coherence.

What are your relationships showing you?
Join me tomorrow, Wednesday, August 5th at 7:00pm EST for a talk on the hidden purpose of relationships. Together, we will explore: - Why certain people activate us more deeply than others. - How childhood experiences influence our patterns of intimacy. - The protective strategies we unconsciously bring into relationships. - Why the same relational dynamics continue to repeat. - How conflict and heartbreak can become catalysts for healing. - What the Venus Sequence reveals about our unique pathway of love. - How relationships can lead us toward greater self-awareness, freedom and intimacy. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84052737030
